- AI providers are used only when AI functionality is enabled or configured for the relevant workflow.
- ClubScope's standard service model is not designed to transmit raw payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or bank-account numbers to subprocessors.
- ClubScope requires subprocessors to be used only for defined service purposes under written confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
